Opera at the Channon – July
Opera at The Channon, is a unique cultural event that brings an afternoon of the joys of opera and song to the picturesque Coronation Park, The Channon, on the Far North Coast of New South Wales.
Organised by the combined Rotary Clubs of Lismore, Opera at The Channon invites guests to dress formally and enjoy a ‘fine dining’ luncheon under a grand marquee, purchase a barbecue lunch or bring their own picnic lunch. Following lunch, guests will be treated to an afternoon of fine music featuring a stunning selection of songs from popular operas, performed by world class entertainers. Fine food and wine in the picturesque setting of the Channon. Relax for an afternoon with some of Australia’s best operatic talent in the natural amphitheatre of Coronation Park.
